Changing OneLogin Security for Questions to the Speedy Authenticator App

These are the steps below on OneLogin to change from answering security questions to using the Authenticator app instead. This is much faster and works much smoother.
 

1. log into cleo.onelogin.com
2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner then click profile.
3. Next click on Security Factors and select Add Factor
4. Select the option for OneLogin Protect
5. If you do not already have the OneLogin protect app on your smart phone you will need to download it from the Appstore.
6. Once downloaded, In the app hit the plus sign in the top right corner of the app, this will open your camera to scan the QR code on your computers screen.
7. Lastly you will want to change your primary factor to the OneLogin protect app by selecting options, then set as primary.
