How to update the Training Classes in Zendesk which will be reflected in the Zendesk Form “Register for Cleo Training”.
To update the classes in the system you will need to perform 2 steps
1. Create the CSV File
2. Upload the CSV File
Creating the CSV File
1. You will need to create CSV file with the following headers, “Class Name, Class Time”, see example below.
- Each Class Name should be the exact name of the class you want to update. The following is a list of the possible classes. If the class is not in this list, then send an email to ITsupport@cleo.com for assistance.

- Each Class Date/Time should be the exact text value you want to be added to each field. For example, January 6-7 11 am – 4 pm ET. You can alter this format but remember if you have a comma in the text of the Date/Time you will want to put double quotes around the Date/Time. For example, if you have “Jan 6 11am – 4pm ET, Jan 7 12pm – 5pm ET”.
- if a class has multiple time/dates, you will need to include multiple lines, see the example below for DM 202
- Finally save your file as a CSV and not as an XLS file. Your file should look like the example below.

Uploading the CSV File
1. Navigate to your onelogin and under the Cleo apps there should be a "ZenDesk Training Sync" app. Click this app and give it a couple seconds to log you into the site.
- On this page you will click the “Choose File” button and select the csv you just created above with the class information.
- Once you have selected the CSV File to update, Click the Upload CSV button.
- Important note, this process will update all the classes in the system with the information you are providing in the CSV file. Therefore, if there are class date/times you want to keep in the drop downs, they also need to be in the CSV file. You may want to keep a master CSV and alter the master when changes are needed.
- Once you are done, verify by going to the Solution Portal and looking at the class schedules by selecting to register for a class.
