B2B Folder Sharing in Cleo SharePoint
Overview
The default security policy for Cleo’s SharePoint and OneDrive environment prohibits sharing files and folders outside of Cleo. But there are some situations where B2B collaboration is legitimately required:
- Cleo Services teams collaborate with Customers and their Partners to collect requirements documents, test and sample data as part of an onboarding or other implementation projects, and
- Cleo Support collaborates with customers when working a support issue, typically to collect log files, support bundles, sample data or other information to help resolve the issue.
Cleo IT has created specific collaboration Sites for use by Professional Services and Support which have adjusted security policies to enable B2B collaboration for content stored in these Sites.
- ProfessionalServices for services collaboration with customers and their partners, and
- SupportFiles for support collaboration with customers.
