SalesForce Permissions required: Read and Write on Account
Open the Account page in Salesforce
Find the "Sync Toggle" checkbox in the System Information section
Click the checkbox to toggle the value(On to Off, or Off to On)
Save the record.
This will force the Zendesk connector to attempt to immediately sync the record from Salesforce to Zendesk. If you do not see the record updated in Zendesk within 5 minutes, then see your System Administrator
