How to Fax from Outlook

You can send a fax from Outlook by sending the email to an email address in the format of [e-mail]

Here is an example if you want to send a fax to 815-654-8294

In the TO: of the Email, enter [e-mail] 

Document to Fax must be attached to the email in one of the following supported formats:

• Word(.doc, .docx)
• PDF
• Graphic Images(.jpg,.tif)
