The following guide is provided to show you how to change the Office Phone and Cell Phone number in your Email Signature.
You will be able to Update, Add, or remove your Office Phone and/or Mobile Phone number. The first section gives you information on how to change the Office Phone while the second section gives you information on how to change/add/delete your cell phone number on you email signature.
To update you Signature Office Phone on your Email Signature
You will need to go through OneLogin and log in to Namely.
Once in Namely, you will click on your Profile and then click on GENERAL. The selection of My Profile will be under your picture at the top (highlighted with Yellow Square)
Once you are on this page you will then click on the 3 dots at the top of the page to select Edit Mode.

Once you have updated this phone number and saved the form this phone number will be sent to your Email signature. It can take up to 24 hours to sync through all of the systems at Cleo.

To update you Signature Mobile Phone on your Email Signature
You will need to go through OneLogin and log in to Namely.
Once in Namely, you will click on your. The selection of Profile will be under your picture at the top (highlighted with Yellow Square).
Once this is completed then Click on Contact as the left of the screen below.
After clicking on Contract you will then want to EDIT by clicking on the Pencil as show above.
Once the edit screen comes up, you will then update the Signature Cell Phone Number.
Once you have updated this phone number and saved the form, this phone number will be sent to your Email signature. It can take up to 24 hours to sync through all of the systems at Cleo.
